Laser Pistol from Lost in Space

Posted by Alex in Movies & SciFi, Toy & Video Games on November 16, 2007 at 3:44 pm

Sci-Fi Metropolis in collaboration with master propsmith Richard Coyle, created this 1:1 scale model of a laser pistol from the 1960s sci-fi TV series Lost in Space.

We should warn you though ("Danger Will Robinson!"), the limited edition models aren’t cheap: they go for $600 a pop.

LinkThanks Anthony Taylor!

These are pretty weak looking. Are they made out of plastic? They're nothing compared to the Weta guns.

I guess if you're a fan of Lost In Space they would be ok.

the design is oddly reminiscent of the Calico

considering the show predates the gun by aboiut 20 years it is an odd cooincidence.

$600! I could buy a few real guns with that amount and then just find someone who has this piece of crap and rob them of it.
