Building Looks Like Giant Piano and Violin

This building in Huinan city, Anhui Province, China, is shaped like a giant grand piano! The entrance and stairs are shaped like a giant violin. Found at SinaThanks Dave Roy!

    Apparently,

    “The building is mainly used to display the layout pattern of the newly-built area in the city, with its main structure built in the shape of black piano and stairs in the shape of violin. (Xinhua/Chen Bin)”

    I have no idea what that means. Is the layout of the newly-built area going to be in a shape of a piano? or does the piano building have a small-scale model of the newly-built area? I’m guessing the latter.
