they should at least make the table part expandable upwards because it's too low while sitting on those chairs.

Neat idea as a 'concept' or art project, though I must admit it makes the germophobe in me twitch a bit. What would it be made out of? Something comfy enough for sleeping on seems like it'd be too porous and spongy to make for a table that could easily be cleaned, so it'd probably end up being kinda squicky to sleep on after a while - and don't even get me started on people who drool in their sleep =P

I guess it would be very sturdy as they are three solid pieces. But I think if they thought of some collapsable/expandable parts, could improve this.

Looks painful for sleeping. Or sitting.

All that wasted volume. Assuming there's a futonish mattress to go on it you could make opening panels revealing storage slots inside big enough to take the bedding.

Looks like a good way to make a bad dining set, bad bed, and bad sofa. Not a terrible student design concept, but I can't picture this bieng a viable product.

If the set is design for a single couple, why make a bed big enough for only one?
