    "Really tough commute"? I'd well argue that, overall, this is far easier than driving around everyday in some large cities and finding parking spots and such. Probably safer too, given the rope's near perfect safety record.

    I completely agree with you Me3. Also, although the cable may be old and rusty, I wouldn't be surprised if it could survive loads up to 10 or 20 (or even more) times the weight it carries now. I'm not too sure about how much weight both end stations can bear though.

    there's another "station" a bit op the mount on the other side. that way, it's angle is high enough to get the peeps back home.

    And then he has the nerve to say that noone has been killed or injured - doesn't sound dangerous then, does it?
