Farty Pants!

Posted by Alex in Pictures on August 20, 2007 at 11:37 pm

I don’t know the story behind this awesome pic, but it must take some crafty sewing talent to pull that off! Found at One Large Prawn

Update 8/22/07: This is from a comic strip ad in The Netherlands, created by Christian Borstlap and modelmaker Quist: Link [Flash, you have to hunt around for it under "Zilver"] – Thanks Marjo Duiveman!

hmm...they should make one with the Mood Sphere that changes when you fart.

    No?

Anyways, the weight is held up by a very clever system of pulleys. Saw an A&E special.

To give you all the exact information: It was a campaign for a festival of cartoons / comic strips in Houten, The Netherlands. The idea comes from Christian Borstlap. I saw the poster on the ADCN (Dutch Advertising Awards) and thought it was brilliant! Christian received a Silver Award for the concept. The name of the modelmaker is Quist by the way.
