The video depicts the Specola Museum [wikipedia] in Bologna University where sculptors made lifelike models of human anatomy.

Hi, just wanted to mention that La Specola isn’t part of the Bologna University, but is a part of Europe’s first science museum. There was a wax workshop in the basement of the museum, which is located in Florence. Bologna University also had a wax modeling school, and that collection is on display at the university.
