this is probably the best thing i've seen all year, kudos to the boxers to keep going.

This is great. Nicely done, and the boxers were good sports! Good-natured fun.

Heh, I know these guys (the singers, not the boxers). Awesome to see them up on Neatorama! No doubt they'll be the envy of the Cal a cappella world for days, nay, weeks! Personal observation though, spend enough time around a cappella kids and you learn they never really need an excuse to start singing; it's just a question of catching them on camera while they do it.

It totally threw when they didn't sing the Rocky theme. Too passé?

The simple existence of an a cappella version of the MK theme almost makes up for some idiot misspelling "sparring" in the intro to the video.

They didn't do the song correctly! Plus, I've heard much better from UC Berkely on the BOCA CDs.

Still, not bad from an impromptu gig. I'm sure would be cooler if you were there and it just happened. :D

A Capella is always a better idea in theory, than in practice, as proven by this video.

Aw, I thought it was cute ... you're such a hater, David :)

Ok, admittedly, I was a little harsh on them at first, too, then I considered the acoustic nightmare of trying to sing a capella with a group in open air with that much distance between members. Of course there's going to be better on CD.

    I was expecting Rocky, too.
