   Yeah I’m just being nit-picky but that’s not a chipmunk. Likely a ground squirrel or prairie dog.

   Yes, exactly what I was going to say. Not a chipmunk, definitely a gopher (or prairie dog as owen says). I could spot a gopher a mile away (and trust me, I have!)

    It is a prairie dog. They are very popular pets in Japan. I have 4 and they make great pets if you raise them right.

    This would be awesome if they had the little “DUN DUN DUUUUUUUN!!” song whenever they play this. I can also imagine this being a spoof of a soap opera…for prairie dogs.
