Interesting public art piece in Liverpool

It doesn’t look like it serves any real practical purpose, but it sure is interesting to look at and its engineering appears to be pretty clever. Hooray for public art! Link at YouTube.

    You sure its not the new missile defence site for the USA? lets hope Russia doesn’t aim its nukes at us!
