    I dunno... I think I'd be kinda mad to know my ashes were turned into a really crappy painting.

    I am an artist and have used upon request ashes in portraits for deceased friends and family. I actually started doing it during the AIDS epidemic here in San Francisco over 20 years ago so this isn't new and I am sure it has been done beffore me. It seems to give the family solice in difficult times. My portraits are not crappy by any means and I have a Masters in Fine Arts....and I do it only when it has been asked by the person who is to die and I feel it helps themm through thier passage,thanks for listening
