"When Pigs Fly" is a documentary by Phyllis Redman and Eric Breitenbach about a year in the life of Lory Yazurlo, a quadriplegic woman who lives with and cares for 700 pigs.

And yes, quadriplegia is paralysis of all four limbs, although they may not be total paralysis.

Hello, this movie was great to myself and classmates, if I had extra time I would watch again that same day at school (College) and home.

Lory is definitely a C5/6 incomplete quadriplegic. She cannot lift her head in bed, when reclined. She cannot lift heavy items off of the ground. Many of the muscles in her arms are affected. She cannot lift her own weight, as a paraplegic can. She has extremely limited dexterity in her fingers. Her legs are dead weights. There is absolutely no doubt that all four limbs are affected. As her mother, I can guarantee that not only does she have “limited” use of her arms and hands, but that such useage is “dramatically” limited.
