   it is an upside down photo of the castle's reflection on water, probly a lake with a slight wind that i think is blowing away from the shooter, but i might be reading the 'waves' wrong.

    You can see how it works if you copy the image into an editor and rotate it 180 degrees.

    I'm no expert, but it appears to be Cinderella's Castle at Disneyworld?

    Neat effect.

    My uncles did the same trick on a picture.

    They were all 3 of them alligned, on a wall of a house, head upside down and arms outstretched.

    When you look at the picture upside down it looks like they're flying while carrying the house.

    its an pic of a pond taken upside down or either horizontally-rotated and it just happens to contain a reflection of a castle beyond the far edge of the pond :Þ
