    Since you can't understand the piece until you determine the true brand of the shoe, i will help you by pointing out that the Nike Swoosh is at the very back of the shoe within the triangular panel. He also drew some fake seams and stiching (apparently with a ball-point pen) which can be seen both to the front and to the back of the shoe.
