I first saw this, with a bunch of my friends, as a bad VHS copy more than 10 years ago 
After the Chun-li part I said “Well, at least it wasn’t Jackie Chan in a Chinese dress.”
Everybody else in the room retorted simultaneously “It IS Jackie Chan in a Chinese dress.”
It was pretty embarassing, but in my defense the tape quality was pretty bad.

That’s a great movie. I, too, first saw it on a horrible bootleg transfer. It was also really hard to read the subtitles as they were white and there was a lot of white in the movie, so I couldn’t read half the text. It’s available on DVD now, though. In my opinion it’s one of his best movies.
