Yes, it’s a walking bike. I don’t know a word of japanese so I can’t understand what they say. I just look at that and can’t belive they’ve invented that, seems that the wheel is not enough confortable nor efficient…

    Funny! I believe it was meant to be. I think its a "Candid Camera" type show, and the point is to capture people's reactions.
