Cream Puff Wedding Dress.

By Alex in Fashion, Food & Drink, Pictures on Oct 13, 2006 at 1:41 am

From the website:

Baker Valentyn Shtefano and his bride Viktoriya show off her wedding gown, which Shtefano made out of flour, eggs, sugar and caramel in the western Ukrainian city of Uzhhorod in Aug. 27, 2006. The edible dress, made of 1,500 cream puffs and weighing in at 20 pounds (9 kilograms), took the 28-year-old baker two months to make.

LinkThanks Ann!

Consider this a part of the cream puff chaser to the terrible Elephant Hanging story Alex posted yesterday.

How cute. He “baked up” a wedding dress for his bride. I wonder if she could sit down in this. Probably not. All they need now is “sweet” tux for the groom. Maybe dark chocolate donuts or black licorice stripes.

I wonder what they are planning for honeymoon night.

If it took two months to create, the cream puffs are probably stale, althought the filling may still be fresh.

    Don’t cream puffs last forever?

Perhaps the cream puffs are a substitute for the traditional wedding cake. That’d make for an interesting reception!
