This fiberglass "orelhões" (literally, "big ears" )payphone in Brazil was created by Chu Ming Silveira.

    Sorry, the caption information is incorrect. The classic "orelhao" pay phones (as linked on page) ARE Chu Ming's creation, the animal and fruit shaped pay phones are NOT her creation. Thanks for the link!
