   Patrick Sebastien isn’t the performer (gutarist here) this was shown the first time a few years back in France. That TV show was hosted by Patrick Sebastien, a popular TV host. I unfortunately don’t know who the performers are.

   heh, this one’s an old one. it’s “Le Petit Bonhomme en Mousse”, who once was the mascot of a popular mensual cabaret show in france. There’s in fact a whole song written about him that was sang at the end of the show.
