Did Pink Floyd synchronize their song to The Wizard of Oz? See for yourself - long video though (43 mins).

A comment on the video pointed out the similarities:

14:40 (2 minutes 40 seconds)
19:29 (30 seconds)
21:10 (1 minute 30 seconds)
27:41 (25 seconds)
29:10 (1 minute 30 seconds)
32:20 (10 seconds)
37:26 (20 seconds)
Add it up, it’s still fairly long, but not as long.
