I think I’d get tired of being that “Back to the Future car-guy” after a few drives.
yeah but it be cool to have for a few days, then you could destroy in a huge fire ball traveling at 85mph rofl zomg, even worse cars travle faster
Nice prop car. Not quite a replica though. This looks like a 1983 model. From the back, it looks great. You can see the corner of the hood, though, and it’s perfectly smooth. The movie used a 1981 model, which has grooves on the hood. Since we can tell it’s a 1983 model, we can tell there are more differences not appearing in the photo because of the angle. For instance, the 1981 model had a windshield-mounted antenna because it was thought that a regular antenna spoiled the lines. Unfortunately, it didn’t work too well so they put an antenna on the back. It’s been removed or is retracted in the photo, but the hole for it is surely there. The interior upholstery bolstering will be different too.
Still, nice vehicle. Now it just needs the OUTATIM license plate!

This is to “dodgyd55″. Its 88 miles per hour. Just thought you should know so you dont go screwing that up. Maybe you should try watching the movie again and actually O I dont know….PAY ATTENTION.. I mean its not like they say it 10000 times.
That DeLorean in the picture is the most movie accurate Back to to the Future DeLorean replica I have ever seen.Even though it doesn’t have the OUTATIME license plate, probably because the person drives it on the road and that would be a fake license plate,it is still cool. The person who owns it must off got the parts off of bttfparts.com or bttfdelorean.com.Cool picture.
