this is clearly an imitation of “Whiplash the Cowboy Monkey” from the infamous Taco John’s commercials.
Whiplash rides a boarder-collie and helps out people in tight situations. You know…like when you hit a bump on the back end of a moped and drop your burrito…

It obvious that that is fake anyway. The sharpness of the monkey and dog and the lighting is out of wack.
