    Dear neat-o,
I believe this is Romanesco cauliflower (not cabbage)
    This from
    http://www.deliciousorganics.com/recipes/broccoliandcauliflower.htm

"Romanesco Cauliflower has a striking appearance in a pale green color of pointy cones of florets. It is lighter than regular white Cauliflower and has smaller heads. It is actually an older variety of cauliflower but is harvested briefly each year (from September through November). It is sweeter and a pretty lime green color. Add lemon juice to the water when you steam it to keep the color."

    Respectfully submitted,
    J.

Green cauliflower? I'm sure it still stinks the house up when you cook it.
