Not. Even. Close. I'm in Southern Maine and used to travel quite a bit to and from Boston. A stop at the NH liquor store was pretty much de rigueur. You can always tell the out-of-staters; wine/liquor goes out by the case - a case holding a whole bunch of different stuff. And around the Holidays? Yikes!

Mine are labeled so there is no confusion. Do I "pre-wash"? Occasionally. Depends on how full, how dirty. I pre-clean at the sink because - one-time, somehow, food particles got stuck inside the sprayer arms and clogged the holes (and yeah, I clean my filter). That was a cleaning project never to be done again. Beyond that never had an issue. Thirty minute You Tube on dishwashers was actually entertaining. Had to re-watch a couple of scenes because I was fixating on the lava lamp n the background.
