Hi, Alex. Good points. When I say 'governmental' I'm talking about how the gov't tell us to eat low fat. That is based on junk science and enables the food product manufacturers to sell us 'low fat' and 'fat free' food products that adhere to 'gov't' standards and contain high carbs/sugar,etc., (which is what is really what is making us unhealthy). Also, how can we all survive when it is WAY cheaper to buy off the $1 fast food menu then to buy real food that is good for us?
