Bet we'll be seeing more cases like this in the future. I already told my neighbor that if she doesn't hear from me for 2 or 3 weeks, to call the cops and break into my house. I don't want my corpse to be discovered 9 years later by accident.
I am a "taphophile" AKA a Tombstone Tourist. Anywhere I go, I make it a point to visit the local cemeteries and graveyards. But I rarely go at night. Security guards and cops usually take a dim view of nocturnal cemetery visitors.
The woman was just trying to do a kind deed - maybe she's just a ramp shy of a cloverleaf. At least the poor bobcat didn't die a long, lingering death.
It is sad that so few people even noticed the cat, and only one person petted her. OK, as commuters they probably had a lot on their minds - but how much time and effort does it take to pet a kitty?
I hate to go all plasmagryphon (sp?) on this one, but I disagree that this is a general rule.
Much more experimentation needs to be done, by everyone, on a very large sample size, over a long stretch of time. As a personal sacrifice, I will consume large amounts of different brands of chocolate, in different ways, over the next decade, in order to verify the results.
How can I push a man so heavy he can stop a train? How would people on the train survive such sudden stop? This scenario is horribly bad to base research on.
No I would not kill an innocent bystander to save five unknown derps from Darwin. Don't walk on the tracks!
all of you are good boys
