The problem with Sinbad was the NOT subtle CGI animation. It was like watching two movies mashed together and visually it didn't work. Dreamworks should have learned not that traditional animation is bad, but being lazy with it IS. They should have gone all-traditional animation, it would have been much much better to look at.

Van Gogh didn't cut off his entire ear, but a chunk of earlobe. There is also debate about which version of the story is true, because there is another(more believable one) where they got into a fight at a bar and Van Gogh's earlobe was cut off in that fight by accident.

Why shouldn't he do as he will with it? Perhaps he'll use it to go to college...it was a gift and he is not a collector-hopefully it will go to someone who will truly appreciate it =)
