There are two things to consider here. One is that many representations of female bodies in pop culture are indeed unrealistic. That's true, and I agree it could be demoralizing for young women. However, on the other hand, taking female figures who are meant to be exceptional and reducing them to the "average American body shape" is just plain silly.
A couple of examples. Lara Croft? Yeah, go ahead and work that out into a believable person who can move without breaking in two pieces. But the Bikini Girl in GTA is already believable – not average, mind you, but believable. So what's the point of reducing that to average?
They also used headrests at some point simply because the exposure times were really long, and people tend to make micro-movements with their heads involuntarily. So the fact that you can see some sort of support (like in the last picture) is by no means definite proof that you're looking at a dead person. At least not at the time the photo was taken.
Please read the comments on YouTube – this is in no way unique to Japan. Most of Europe, plus several other nearby countries uses the same conventions; in the Americas I understand professional drivers also use these signals on a regular basis.
This is useless if you leave the oxygen in the bag. Virtually all sealed packages these days only contain nitrogen – they seal the bags so they can keep the oxygen out, and once you open then you let the cat out of the box... or to be more precise, you let the cat inside the box.
I disagree. The album was certainly a live performance recorded directly onto the medium that's being showcased. Instead, they recorded the voices using some digital equipment, post-processed it using some other digital equipment, and then copied the final result onto the medium that's being showcased, after which they supposedly destroyed the digital originals. As such, I think the original wording is appropriate: there is a single copy (of the original recording) out there.
