Going to be nitpicky here.
But I have some early 70's Doughboy family vinyl dolls. The missus is named Poppie-Fresh, son Popper, child Bun Bun, dog Flapjack, cat Biscuit.
There is also Granmommer and Granpopper and Uncle Rollie.

I showed it to some kids. I forwarded it past where she tells us that she is from England.
The kids said she was not from the US.

She may be able to fool adults, but not a bunch of mid schoolers. :)

I am a little bit ginger. I do not mind the "kick a red head" day. We gingers have a lot of festivities that follow it. Most notable is the "Clocking of the individual who takes fictitous holidays to serious".

I think that those people who take such an event seriously must have some issues. And those that may participate in the day in a violent way, probably were looking for an excuse to act out in a violent manner.

The "Kick a Ginger" day was started as a joke on facebook somewhere after someone had seen an episode of southpark.

I am looking forward to when there is a "Kick a Ginger Zombie" day.
