"He recently sat on a couch watching television for 94 straight hours, thus setting a Guinness World Record."
It was my understanding that Guinness stopped doing sleep records a long time ago, so people wouldn't hurt themselves? Hence Randy Gardner's 11 day sleepless record still active since 1964. (Not sure what the watching TV element adds to this)

Well Adam West's tight batman pajamas made clear that very little of that "91kg" was muscle. So the supposed similarity based on weight is misleading. Affleck and Bale are de facto the closest to Batman's comic dimensions, simply because they are the only weight-trained actors to play the character.

Oh yeah, I just saw a movie about this guy. He became a famous hair stylist, and then was rescued by his dog and a dozen sheep.

"Go get a gun ... go get your shotgun"
I'm glad a naked fat guy prevented a misdemeanor and all, but in this crazy post-Zimmerman era of ours, maybe "neighborhood watch" and guns aren't such the ideal combination we all used to believe they were deep in our hearts. You are helping the police, but you are not the actual police, mmm k, Paul Blart?

Tiny Kitten Rescued Seconds Before Being Killed in Compressor at Recycling Plant
Real reaction when I read this title: How horrible and ironic! Getting killed so soon after being rescued.

IMDb just started doing a top 250 list for TV --to go with their famous 250 movie list-- and it includes a lot of anime. Bebop and Death Note unsurprisingly have the highest placements (#27 and #34). Waaayy too much Dragon Ball Z. (Not a fan. And why are there so many different versions of the show??)
But other placements like Steins;Gate (2011) (#81) and Fullmetal Alchemist (2003) (#104) are legit fun. Anyway, just like the IMDb movie list I think it is a worthwhile guide.

If anything it's more inexplicable that the Nazis are still so uniquely taboo in the West. No imagery from any other historical political thugs or war criminals (including Imperial Japan) are significantly taboo. Open praise for Stalin will not get you fired from a job or shunned by (most) average people, much less if you don a Che beret for the same kind of campy cos-play that Asians likewise shrug off.
Going by our implied guilt you'd think we collaborated with the Nazis instead of fought against them. Japan and America should trade attitudes.

But please don't emulate the endurance running regimen in the hopes that it is the magic elixir. It's actually not that great for you. The evidence highly favors High Intensity Interval Training, which is healthier and much more efficient for cardiovascular exercise. (I hate it when Good Examples act like the secret to exemplar health is waking up in the middle of the night and exercising all day: it's false and rudely discouraging to normal people. She's got good genes, but regular people can age near optimally with a relatively modest amount of self-disciple.)
And weightlifting is a must for older people.
