Would You Swim In Power Plant Wastewater?

Power plant wastewater just sounds extremely toxic, and in most places it would be dangerous. Iceland, however, is pretty good at using nature itself to generate power, namely, the volcanic activity underground. The country's very efficient power system lends itself to innovative uses for its byproducts, like an artificial warm water beach in Reykjavík and a lagoon spa near a power plant. Let's take a look at the title... Power plant waste water... This should also include any cooling waqter released.. and bathing in cooling water schould not be so dangerous, as long as it is cool enough not to cook you... Or asked the other way round: which hind waste water is generated by a coal fired power plant? which kind of waste water is produced by a oil fired power plant? which kind of waste water is produced by a nuclear power plant? The only really dangerous wast water stream can be expected form a water powered power plant, where you might just get flusched away...
