Fractured Fairy Tales

One of the companion segments of Jay Ward's Rocky and Bullwinkle Show television program of the early 1960's was Fractured Fairy Tales, a 'retelling' of familiar fairy tales that you only thought you were familiar with.

In this example, a Prince Charming who looks and acts suspiciously like Walt Disney turns the tale of Sleeping Beauty on its ear. Many more are available on YouTube if you like this one. I loved these as a child and love them now since I realize at an advanced age just how sophisticated they actually were.
