A rather unusual item was found under a tree in eastern Romania by a novelist, Mira Feticu, and a journalist, Frank Westerman. It was a stolen Picasso painting. They were following what they believed to be an anonymous tip. They handed their proud discovery over dutifully to the Dutch embassy.
