A rather unusual item was found under a tree in eastern Romania by a novelist, Mira Feticu, and a journalist, Frank Westerman. It was a stolen Picasso painting. They were following what they believed to be an anonymous tip. They handed their proud discovery over dutifully to the Dutch embassy. However, much to the dismay of the detective duo, as well as Picasso lovers, the experts found the painting to be a fake. Much ado about nothing…
