Alan, see the listing. Walking distance to Central Park, the Guggenheim, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. Also save a 2-hr commute to work if you have a job in the area. There's enough floor space to share with a roommate or two to split the cost - which includes utilities. (And you only have to walk up three flights of stairs...)

Location, location, location! Pretty amazing if you think about the difference in accommodation you can get for the same price elsewhere.
