Defiant Militaristic Chinese Video Goes Viral - "Who Cares?"

The Japanese have mastered the art of strangeness and therefore go gonzo on purpose, but the Chinese take their goofy videos very seriously and don't see why people think they're funny.

What's so funny about two cute teen girls in military uniforms with combat knives or a guy wearing a giant bear mascot head saying "Who Cares?"

Trust me, it's strangely funny, although it's meant to be aggressive posturing so don't let them know their wacky video made you LOL.

The video was created by the Chinese Communist Party Youth League in response to the Permanent Court of Arbitration ruling against China's claims to the resources found in the South China Sea.

What does all that mean? Who cares!

For a nation that say they don't care, it seems they do care, judging from their vitriol against the ruling of the PCA. China is a bully. They think they're special. But who cares?

I think that the U.S. cares. Our Asian allies are all over that region, and if they are brought into conflict, we are obliged to support them. The Tribunal was meant to hand down a ruling that would avoid escalation of conflict, but the parties involved must be willing to submit to the ruling. (*I don't know that we have a history of such submission*)
