Medium, the series starring Patricia Arquette. I suspect that one of the stars wanted to be sure, in case the show was ever resurrected, that he'd never have to play the role again. If so, understandable, but it ticked me off.

I would have included How I Met Your Mother at #1 and Dexter at #3 or #4. Boy were those badly thought-out endings.
