ThreePeeOh was trying to get in on the Rebel action, but his programming prevented him from harming any living being, Sith Lord or not, so he had to find a different way to express his robotic rage. He studied the ways people rebelled on other planets like a true nerd, and as he scanned one entry in particular caught his attention. It was about a rebellious property defacer known as Banksy who actually became the President of planet Earth despite his criminal background, and all because his spray paint art inspired the masses to revolt. C-3 was inspired, and so he began spray painting the symbol of the Rebellion throughout the galaxy, knowing nobody would suspect the uptight droid of being the defacer...
