For all the feel good moments, empowering messages and adorable characters doing adorable things in our favorite Disney films there are just as many dark moments and bitter ends.
It may come as a surprise to some Disney fans that there’s a character (usually background/supporting) death in every single Disney film, from Scar's death by laughing hyena in The Lion King to Bambi’s mom being shot, but those deaths are pretty obvious.
What about the deaths you aren't supposed to think about- those which are justified by the main character's destiny, or the subtle off-screen deaths that occur without fanfare or recognition in the storyline?
