I don't know anything about this. The entire description at YouTube is this:

For the entire rest of the world who won't be able to get the YouDubber improvement to work - it's Scatman dubbed over the boat. I hate Youtube's stupid country blocking policies.

I enjoy the Pareidolia (Things That Seem to Have Faces) meme, and of course, there are more than one blog dedicated to it (but only one that Neato has linked to). Still, seeing one that works in video and not just a stagnant images is a double HOOT. And as long as we're doing mashups, "What Does the Boat Say?"...
