I've got a fever and the only solution is 1,500 cowbells being played at once during the Bowie Baysox game -and that's only one of the weirdest baseball promotions from the year. Seriously, if anything, accountant night makes me want to stay home -sorry any accountant readers.

I attended a Gateway Grizzlies (Frontier League) game earlier this year because they were attempting to set the Guinness World Record for largest trombone ensemble. Unfortunately the attempt came up short. Last night, another Frontier League team, the Southern Illinois Miners, tried to set the record for most people wearing sunglasses at night. I do not know if they succeeded.
