Wake Up Work Out Alarm Clock

The Wake Up Work Out alarm clock sounds the get-in-shape alarm, which you can shut off only once you've done 30 bicep reps. Motion sensors inside can tell exactly how many reps you've done and if you do them right — no cheating!!!

I would throw this alarm clock out the window the first morning. The Wake Up Work Out Clock's expectation that you curl its 1.5 pounds 30 times is beyond reasonable.I need 3 cups of coffee just to get my eyes open in the a.m. (to be candid I would have trouble doing 30 bicep reps at any time of day). This is truly an instrument of evil.

It takes a lot of time for the human body, not just the mind alone, to fully wake up after getting up.

Right after waking up your muscles are still asleep. Working out right then just seems wrong. Athletes perform best in the evening, not in the morning.

This is one of those things that look neat and cute and smart but will not be used by anybody.

Also, this reminds of an alarm clock my sister had. It had a puzzle built into the top of the clock, and when the alarm went off the puzzle pieces sprang off across the room. You could only turn it off by putting the puzzle back together on the clock.
