Pakistani Homemade Machine Gun Market

From the folks at Vice Magazine comes this mini documentary on the Pakistani Homemade Machine gun market. It gives an in depth look (with photos and video) of how arms are created, bought and sold in that part of the world.

The bulk of Pakistan’s homemade automatic weapons and explosive devices are forged, built and sold at Darra Adamkhel, a village located near Peshawar where main street is an open-air arms market.

This is nothing new. The Afghanis and Pakistanis have been crafting extraordinary weapons from the most basic of materials for ages. Beretta, Colt, SigSauer, and Smith & Wesson would be well advised to hire as many of those guys as they can.

@Roadpizza

Huh? They're making POS knockoffs copied from cheap chinese copies.

No respectable gun manufacture would waste time trying to learn how they cheaply and dangerously copy inferior products.

I was wondering what happened to my coffee pot.
LOOK THEY ARE UPCYCLING!!! They should totally get an Etsy account and sell the hell out of that.
