Speaking of the SF Bay area, there's also the stone labyrinth, though not very ancient, in Sibley Volcanic Preserve in the hills over Oakland.

On Bolinas Ridge Rd, in the Mt Tam State Park, just north of San Francisco, there is a mysterious small stone circle that I discovered many years ago. No idea why it is there. The circle can not be seen from the road and is on the seaward side of the road, on the top of a hill. It can be seen on Google maps but looks like it has been vandalized.
