I hope for the day when Pneumatic Tubes make a come back and my mail and such get delivered to my apartment without me going down to the lobby in the morning.

I hiked to Supai last year and got to see up close and personally how mule delivery works. I'm not really sure why they don't use the helicopters that now deliver tourists to the village. Must be cheaper.

This jackass looks (a LOT) smarter than my postman, who once handed me a "sorry we missed you" card instead of the package I was standing by my box to receive.

When I asked him where the package was, since I was standing right here, he replied "Usually your gate is closed, so I left it at Post Office", to which I replied: "usually I don't receive packages, and leaving my equipment lot gate open on an island known as 'The island of thieves' didn't seem like a very wise choice."

Yes, they actually pried the nails out of Magellan's ship when he was anchored here: How things never change....
