You know those stories people are always sharing about how they quit their job and traveled the globe or moved abroad or something similarly life changing and inspirational?

Well, it turns out you don't have to quit your job to tour the world with your family, you just need to live in an area central to where you want to visit, make a lot of money, and schedule your life down to the minute.

Sound like your idea of a good time?

Łajka, Wadyń and 3 years old Zazu, aka the family in the photos above, seem to be enjoying their busy lives, and thanks to their careful planning they're able to keep their full time jobs and travel around the world.

They were able to hit 39 places in 9 different countries over a span of 10 months as a family, all while both Łajka and Wadyń worked full time at their corporate jobs.

Of course, it doesn't hurt that they live in Poland, so taking a trip to Athens, Greece, Vienna, Austria or Filtvet Fyr, Norway doesn't take very much travel time.

However, Cambodia and Kenya are still really far away...

The Super Mario Bros. franchise is generally very upbeat, positive and cheery in tone, character design and storyline, and the indie RPG Undertale has many things in common with SMB- except for the cheery tone.

Undertale takes place in the Underground, where a human child learns to survive peacefully among monsters who constantly want to murder her, so it's a bit darker than the Mushroom Kingdom.

But Mario is such a murderous madman he fights right in!

Getting zapped by a taser gun ain't no party, it ain't no disco, it ain't no foolin' around, but for some reason it looks like a party every time a taser is fired- because the cartridge is full of confetti.

So what is the point of all that colorful confetti packed inside the cartridge?

They're actually part of the AFID (anti-felon identification) system, and each one is printed with the taser gun's serial number, so the owner of the taser that has been fired can be identified.

There are dozens of AFID tags in each cartridge, which makes it virtually impossible for the firer (taserer?) to clean them all up from the scene and therefore discourages use of the weapon in a crime.

The Slow Mo Guys talked briefly about taser confetti in this video (around 1:25), which also shows what a taser impact on bare skin looks like.

It's definitely not a party, and definitely not for the squeamish.

National Geographic is one of the most popular magazines ever released, and their success is due largely to the amazing photography and in-depth articles that gave people a chance to see the world like never before.

And yet the magazine's innovative infographics are taken for granted compared to the amazing photos, even though generations of readers were able to learn a lot just by looking at those info- packed ilustrations.

Taschen recently released an extremely eye-pleasing book of National Geographic Infographics, which collects hundreds of the best infographics spanning the magazine's 128 years in print:

To hear Zapp Branigan tell it Leela was hot for his bod and couldn't keep her eye off of him, and the hypnotic sway of his buttocks playing just beneath his standard issue sexy tunic shirt drove her mad with lust. She jumped his bones as he came out of the restroom and the two made sweet, sweet snusnu all night long...which is, of course a total lie. I wish I could tell you that the part about Leela and Zapp sleeping together was a lie, but it's the only true part of the story, the rest is another Branigan original that keeps becoming more ridiculous every time he tells it. Leela got wasted, and she was in a bad way in life and all, and that sleazebag Zapp somehow conned her into going to his quarters, and the rest is another skeleton for Leela's closet of regret!
