Me in Chicago (on probably the same tour as one of the guys in the vids above). The guy in your pics looks like he is trying to balance on a Segway that isn't even running. If it was it would have been backing into him pretty hard in the first picture. The videos in the article seem to be working again and it's about 50-50 between uncoordinated people, and people trying to do things that are beyond their capabilities. A couple of them are kids who are a little too young to even be on them.
