Serial Taxi Shows What Happens When You Don't Have All the Information

(Video Link)

Animator Paolo Cogliati recently sent us a message on the Neatorama Facebook page, hoping to share his newest solo project with all of you readers. When you watch this adorable, funny and slightly dark cartoon, you'll be glad he got in touch.

By the way, if you're not following us on Facebook, you're missing out on all kinds of fun

Geek Hats Galore

A few weeks ago, I headed to a local craft fair where I stumbled upon the great fashion creations of Miss Finch's Finery. Her collection of tiny top hats and flowery hair pieces brought me in, but it wasn't until I saw her great geek hats that I recognized her work from Comic Con.

After talking to maker Shienna Mondejar, I couldn't wait to go show her fantastic geek creations to you guys. You can see more of her work on Facebook and if you like what you see, she'll be happy to custom make a hat for you if you just contact her to place an order.

Sharknado: The Ornament

Yes, Christmas is a long way away still, but it's never too early to start working on those homemade ornaments, especially if they are based on something as utterly memetastic as Sharknado. Dollar Store Crafts has all the instructions you need to make your own awesome Sharknado ornament.

One Make Up Artist -Dozens of Faces

Make up artist Carly Paige likes to show off her skills on Facebook. Rather than trying to show how pretty she can look, like most make up artists on the site, Carly shows how she can recreate pop culture icons. Above is her take on Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and below is her version of Kim Kardashian.

You can find lots more of her great work at the link.

And Now For Something Adorably Different

This is most likely Gary the Capybara and his furry friends hanging out in a fantabulous fashion ensemble. What store it is and why the critters are there, I can't tell you, but the result is still incredible.

17 Foods You'll Be Amazed You Can Cook In A Waffle Iron

Mac and cheese, pizza, falafel, and scrambled eggs might not be the first foods you think of when you think about a waffle iron, but they can be made in the device and the results are every bit as delicious as the more traditional versions. Just remember to clean them well so you don't end up getting bits of your cheeseburger in your brownies.

Mario Kart: Choose Your Weapon

Etsy seller ohdearmolly sells this delightful Mario Kart poster with all of the potential prizes in the question mark boxes.

Personally, I'd choose the blue shell every time. Sure the star can make you invincible and the bullet helps you catch up, but I'd spite the first-place winner every time just because they're in first and I'm not.

Which weapon would you choose?

11 Amazingly Over-the-Top Fast Food Creations

Sugary dough surrounding Kit Kats, bacon milkshakes, hot dog-stuffed pizza crust? Where have these 11 fast food masterpieces featured on Mental Floss been all my life? And Pizza Hut, why do you keep ignoring the US when you make your best crazy products?

Going Up! To The Magic Kingdom

Brooke Nicole of Silly Beauty went to Disney World with her main squeeze dressed as Carl and Ellie from Up. The resulting set of pictures would surely be something the real Carl and Ellie would have been happy to have included in their photo albums.

Hospital Themed Restaurant Reminds You Why No One Likes Hospital Food

When was the last time you heard someone excited about eating hospital food? Probably never, right? But oddly, that hasn't stopped people from opening and others from enjoying successful hospital-themed restaurants. In fact, there are such restaurants and bars in Singapore, Taipei, Japan (with a prison hospital-theme sure to give you twice the nightmares), and Latvia. As gross as they are, they would be pretty awesome for a creepy Halloween meal.

You can check out more images of Hospitalis, the one in Latvia, at the link, but be warned, though it may be a restaurant, it may just make you lose your appetite.

Would You Prefer The American or Canadian "Do Us A Flavor" Flavors?

You might remember that last year Lay's held a contest called "Do Us A Flavor" where Americans could vote on their favorite new chip variety as submitted by fans on Facebook. Those flavors were Cheesy Garlic Bread, Sriracha and Chicken & Waffles.

Now the Canadian Do Us A Flavour flavors have been released and they too sound delicious: Creamy Garlic Caesar, Grilled Cheese & Ketchup, Maple Moose and Perogy Platter.

Meet Maru's New Little Sister, Hana

After six years of being an only child, Maru just got a new adopted sister. The cat owners planned to give the two kittens a few weeks to get used to each other, but after only three days, they were already best friends playing and snuggling together. Expect to see plenty of Hana on Maru-related posts in the future.

An Aging Reality Check on Back to the Future II's Stars

It may not be 2015 yet, but with less than two years to go, the stars of Back to the Future II are pretty close to the age they were suposed to be when Marty and Doc go to the future. Which means we can finally take a look at how well their make up crew did at aging them. Redditor Native-New-Yorker put together the above image showing just what a great job the make up team did. You can check out a similar comparison with Michael J. Fox on Uproxx.

If The Doctor's Life Were A Subway System

How would The Doctor's life look if it were mapped out as a subway map showing all the villians that the many incarnations of the Time Lord has come across as stops? This design by Crispian Jago (who previously put together a Tube Map of modern science) does a pretty darn good job of the whole thing. If you're looking for the most recent Doctors, light blue is David Tennant and orange is Matt Smith, but you really should look at the full thing at the link for a bigger view plus the color key to the corresponding Doctors.

Get Your Little Geek Reading in Style With This Star Wars Bookcase

Sure $565 is a little high for a children's bookshelf, but when it means getting your little geek to appreciate reading and Star Wars at the same time isn't that a small price to pay? Of course, the real reason for the relatively high price tag is because the design is custom made from wood by WhittledInWood and you have to pay good money when it comes to that kind of artistry.
