Kill la kill has been the only series I've been able to watch recently, along with a bit of Valvrave. I used to watch a ton of anime, but I just don't have the time/attention for it no.

I was more just curious, hoping someone who had more experience with Judaism could offer some information. However, I feel some hostility coming from you, which seems rather unwarrented.
As for his mother being Chinese, she could be any Asian race, that wasn't my point. It was more that the Jewishness originated from father.
If his mother isn't Jewish, as he mentions he's half-Jewish, and it's obvious the mother is Chinese, doesn't that mean he shouldn't be having a bar mitzvah? I know Jewishness is passed on through the mother, but most sources seem to state that if only the father is Jewish the child isn't at all.
