Generally, when little mistakes happen while filming a movie, actors know to stay in character and just keep going. Every take costs money and precious time, so its best to see if they can salvage the footage in post production.
Yet in these scenes chosen for Screen Rant's latest video, the bloopers caught on film added some element that the director liked enough to include as part of the finished product. Jimmy Fallon enlisted the help of Lionel Richie himself to parody the 1984 video of one of his most famous songs, "Hello." The bizarre, almost creepy original video for the single, combined with the modern internet meme of the lyrics, seem to have turned the song into the comedic gift that keeps on giving. One pitfall of becoming rich and famous is that sometimes one becomes surrounded with people who only tell them what they want to hear. The hard, cold truth goes out the window, and the "whatever you says" become more and more plentiful as their star (and bank account number) rises. That phenomenon may, at least partially, account for the following celebrities who hold bizarre beliefs about a variety of topics, from catastrophic events to the U.S. government to the universe.
One example is Fran Drescher, best known for the television show The Nanny and small, comedic roles in films such as This is Spinal Tap. To quote the linked article,
"The Nanny star Fran Drescher is convinced that she was abducted by aliens. In fact, she explains in an interview on The Huffington Post that she met her then-husband Peter Marc Jacobson because of aliens:
'You know, it’s funny because Peter (Fran’s ex-husband) and I both saw [aliens] before we knew each other, doing the same thing, driving on the road with our dads. We were both in junior high. A few years later, we met, and we realized that we had the same experience. I think that somehow we were programmed to meet. We both have this scar. It’s the exact same scar on the exact same spot.'Her husband was less convinced, believing that her scar was more likely from an accident with a drill bit or from burning herself with hot coffee. But she was insistent when talking to HuffPost: 'I said to him, that’s what the aliens programmed us to think. But really, that’s where the chip is.'
Drescher isn’t the only celebrity with alien abduction claims. Rocker Sammy Hagar said in a 2011 MTV interview:
'It was real. [Aliens] were plugged into me. It was a download situation. This was long before computers or any kind of wireless. There weren’t even wireless telephones. Looking back now, it was like, F—k, they downloaded something into me!' Or they uploaded something from my brain, like an experiment. See what this guy knows. [ . . . ] Another thing happened when I was about four that I didn’t put into the book. One time I saw what I considered to be, well, at the time I thought it was a car with no wheels. We lived out in the country and I saw this thing floating across a field, creating this big dust storm. I threw rocks at it ands—t. And I don’t know what happened after that.'"

Gentle Carousel Miniature Therapy Horses is a non-profit organization based in Florida but operates wordwide, doing business in New York, California and as far away as Greece. The organization uses miniature horses to reach people of all ages who need healing, love and care, such as survivors of the Sandy Hook shooting, those displaced or injured by the 2013 Oklahoma tornadoes, the elderly in nursing homes and hospices and sick, disabled or hospitalized children.
The most famous horse at Gentle Carousel is Magic, a blue-eyed black mare. Magic was selected by Time magazine as one of the top ten heroic animals in history, for the following heartwarming story:
"Magic went to visit a patient who had lived in an assisted-living facility and hadn't spoken to anyone during her three years there. But the moment she laid eyes on Magic, she said, "Isn't she beautiful?" Those first words caused the staff to break out in tears, and she continued to communicate from that point onward."
Co-founder of Gentle Carousel Debbie Garcia-Bengochea elaborated:
"The activities director was so surprised to hear the woman speak that she began to cry. She told the woman that she loved her. 'I love you too,' was the answer, her first sentence to another person in all that time. Magic always seems to find the person in the room who needs her the most."

Photographer Sam Kaplan painstakingly creates these superb structures out of candies and cookies in his new series "Pits and Pyramids." Each cookie and candy is carefully placed in the perfect position to capture a flawless pattern with each shot. The shot is skillfully lit to bring out the detail in every layer. Kaplan jokes of his meticulous setup and shoot,
"I guess 'precise' is a good way to describe it. Maybe even a little OCD."

Pup phenoms Jumpy and Dash (previously at Neatorama), a border terrier/blue heeler mix and a Jack Russell terrier, respectively, execute an impressive array of tricks in unison in this clip. (An unidentified doggie friend comes in late to the fun.) They have been trained with the use of a clicker, which their trainer can be heard using during the exercise.
The older video below, from October of '13, shows the pair skateboarding on a half pipe at a skate park, set to Halloween-ish music. It seems that there is little these intelligent canines can't be taught to perform.
Penny the Boston terrier puppy survived what was a near-fatal tumble in a dryer on its highest heat setting for thirty minutes. According to the owner Christine, her two-year-old daughter shut the puppy in the dryer and another daughter, age fourteen, unknowingly started the machine. The attending vet said it was miraculous that Penny lived through the ordeal. See Penny and hear her owner tell the story in this video clip. In an uplifting tale of canine loyalty and compassion, Tillie the golden retriever refused to leave the side of her basset hound friend Phoebe when she was trapped in a hole in the ground, unable to escape. The pair, who live on the island of Vashon, Washington, never returned to their home after going out for a walk. Their owner, who searched and was unable to find them, enlisted the help of Amy Carey, a volunteer with the Vashon Island Pet Protectors. Carey said,
"We had been out looking for about a week when we heard from a farmer here who noticed a reddish dog on his property. She had quietly approached him, and when she got his attention, turned around and headed back toward this ravine nearby. I decided to go check it out."
As it turned out, the basset hound had fallen into a cistern that was too deep from which to escape. Carey continued,
"When I got there and looked down, Tillie saw me but didn't come running up. She just stayed near the edge of this cistern, pressed with her head as close as she could get. Had she run up, we might have never realized that Phoebe was down there. She just stayed put, making it so clear that I had to come to her so I would see her friend."

Audrey Hepburn evokes thoughts of grace, softness and a somewhat girlish innocence. Yet that image belies the toughness that Hepburn acquired early in her life, in order to survive the grim circumstances of her surroundings. Born in Ixelles, a district of Brussels in 1929, the actress was a young girl thrust into the turmoil and chaos that was Europe in the second world war. As a result, she was subject to life-threatening situations. For example, to quote from the linked article,
"During World War II, Audrey’s town had been taken over by German soldiers. People were not allowed to freely come and go. Food was very scarce, in fact just to survive, Audrey and her family would grind tulip bulbs to eat and attempt to bake grass into bread. This lead to her being extremely malnourished and would lead to complications in her life down the road. Undernourishment, acute anemia, аnd respiratory problems durіng thе war, whісh contributed tо hеr lifelong waif-like figure."
