That's cool, if true. But if I'm reading correctly, they haven't actually discovered an underground river, they've just done some mathematical calculations that suggest such a river may exist.
People always claim "the brakes failed" when they get in a stupid accident. I would bet that in 9 out of 10 such cases, the brakes were fine and it was the driver that failed.
Why in the world would someone feed pigeons? Does that guy also leave food out for rats and cockroaches? It's not like the pigeons are starving and can't find their own food.
