The letters are too tightly spaced, the letters are all "on the line" evenly, there's punctuation, the first sentence is WAY TOO COMPLEX for this age... "mummy doesn't have any money to come to Swindon games becuse she has no money for food and has to pay for my dinner at schol." I call B.S.

I was going to say 3pm...It looks like the slopes have been skiied already and they would be groomed still at 7am (lots of ski resorts don't open until mid-morning, 9-ish). There are no skiers visible and 11am would be the busiest part of the day; most ski resorts close by 3-4pm. Also, school buses are mostly active 7am or 3pm (less so at 11am). Seems too bright at 7am if it's far enough north for the winter shadows to be that long.
